Support and Software Assurance

We believe in seeing a job through from start to finish, and in most cases beyond that too. After all, we've grown quite attached to you and we have a vested interest in ensuring your web project continues to be successful.

So we provide an optional ongoing support and software assurance service for Activedition installations. This service comprises of Email and Telephone Support and issue resolution complimented with a programme of ongoing upgrades to your Activedition installation.

Email & Telephone Support

Email and telephone support is provided on all technical and functional aspects of Activedition. Our dedicated support team are available during normal office hours and will investigate all issues raised. Outwith hours a dedicated support site is available at support.activedition.com

Provision of Upgrades

In this fast changing world, Activedition is continually being developed with new features and functionality to keep pace with the eBusiness needs of clients. Typically there will be one minor and one major release per year of the product, which clients are entitled to receive and upgrade to. The installation of upgrades can be organised as an optional service.

Service Level Agreement

The service is backed by our standard Service Level Agreement. If however you have further areas that require cover we are always happy to discuss providing additional service support.
