Simple User Interface

The Activedition interface is both easy to navigate and intuitive to use. Functions are grouped into Managers that are specific to the users role meaning you only ever see the Managers you have been given permission to use.

Site Management Tools

Familiar site management tools such as Browse & Edit and one-step Office upload features make it easy for content contributors to author rich interactive content for publishing. Making it easy makes it effective.

Centralised Libraries

Images, multimedia, files, links, shared content, forms, newsgroups and tags are all grouped within central libraries. This allows assets to be tracked and centrally maintained making republishing of asset placements throughout the website a simple one step task.

System Administration

System administrators are provided with specific managers for Workflow, Mailing Lists, Templates and Content Types. Activedition enables System Administrators to set permissions and to design  workflow patterns with alert notifications.

Report Centre

The Activedition reports manager provides various reports on your website including detailed web analytics. Other reports include logged activity, page status, workflow status and content review reports. For more in depth specific reporting, Activedition can be integrated with third party analytic tools.  

System Options

System options allow the system administrator to implement user parameters specific to their organisational requirements.
