A tailored content contribution form placed in a secure area will be subject to a user logon. The Activedition CMS User Management facility is used to control access to the tailored interfaces and an unlimited number of users and groups with different permissions can be created.

The system is fully backed by the Activedition Content management Platform with content either being immediately published or subject to the traditional workflow approval model. Full version control and audit trail facilities are also provided as standard.
