Hi everyone, I am a trainer of some 16 years experience primarily in the CRM, ERP and EDM market spaces. I have trained a wide range of I.T. and soft skills to an even wider group of people, from craft trainees up to the CEO and management team of major utilities and media organisations. My core abilities centre on the analysis of complex business systems, processes or products and from such analysis, the development, testing and deployment of detailed tailored training to end users, and to further cater for such training through web and telephone based support. As a career trainer I take pride in firstly understanding the business processes, workflows, lifecycles and needs that a bespoke system facilitates, and then to deliver training in a manner that educates the user to both the system interface, and how it supports the business need, I don’t train “point and click” …to the best of my ability I try to impart understanding and knowledge.

I am happy to bring this experience to C2 and have greatly enjoyed getting to know the product suite we offer, just as importantly I have enjoyed meeting and assisting our clients as a raft of projects have been implemented across the country.
