CMS Driven Social Media Strategy Presentation

We recently presented at Technology for Marketing 2011 at Earls Court on how to develop and implement a CMS Driven Social Media Strategy.   The presentation was extremely well attended and shows that this is a very hot topic in the market place.  Content is becoming more fragmented across channels and organisations are looking at how they can manage customer interactions across the social networks and their websites.  Hopefully the attached Powerpoint from TFM will provide some ideas on how we see this area developing.
